Which areas do you cover?
We come to homes in 16 areas across Johannesburg, the West Rand, the East Rand and Pretoria. See all areas.
How quickly can a technician come out?
We offer same-day service and we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 010 065 1780 for the earliest slot.
How do I book?
Call, WhatsApp or use the booking form. We confirm the day and time with you.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp us before your slot.
Prices and payment
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Yes, R450. It falls away if you go ahead with the repair. Commercial repairs and installations have a R980 call-out fee, which also falls away.
Will I know the price before work starts?
Yes. The technician finds the fault and gives you a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
How can I pay?
Card, EFT or cash.
Do you have discounts?
Yes. 30% off for new customers, 15% off for returning customers and 30% off for senior customers.
Repairs and guarantee
Which appliances do you repair?
Fridges, freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, microwaves and ice machines, plus fridge regas, commercial repairs and installations. See all services.
Do you work on gas appliances?
No. We do not do gas work. Gas appliances need a registered gas practitioner.
Which brands do you repair?
Defy, Samsung, LG, Bosch, Hisense, Whirlpool, Smeg, Miele, Siemens, Speed Queen and other brands. Call us with the model number if your brand is not listed.
What guarantee do I get?
Every repair carries a 3-month guarantee on workmanship.
Is the repair done at my home?
Yes. The technician finds the fault and repairs it at your home.
Still having trouble with your appliance?
Our technician comes to your home, usually the same day. The R450 call-out falls away if you go ahead, and you get a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
