What we collect
When you send a booking or call-back request we collect the details you type into the form: your name, cell number, suburb, the appliance and brand, your description of the fault and any discount you pick. If you call, email or WhatsApp us, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
The website does not ask you to create an account and does not take payments.
Why we collect it
- To call or message you back about your request.
- To send a technician to the right address with the right parts.
- To keep a record of the work for guarantee and accounting purposes.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep in touch.
Who sees it
Your request is stored on this website and emailed to our bookings team. It is shared with the technician who attends to your repair. Our website host stores the data on our behalf. We do not pass it to anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as we need them to complete the repair and to meet our record-keeping duties. After that we delete them.
Cookies and other services
This website does not use advertising cookies. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics only starts after you tap Accept on the cookie message, and you can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you tap No thanks, no analytics cookies are set. Google has its own privacy notice.
The website does not load maps or fonts from other companies. Tapping a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, which is run by Meta and has its own privacy notice.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above and we will respond as quickly as we can. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
