How an installation works
You call or book
Call 010 065 1780 at any hour, or send the form. Tell us the appliance, the brand and the date you prefer.
We confirm a day and time
We call you back to agree a slot, and we confirm access and what the appliance needs to be connected to.
We position, level and connect it
The call-out fee is R980. You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, and if you go ahead the call-out fee falls away. Water, drain and vent are connected as the appliance needs.
We test it and take away the packaging
We run a test cycle and hand the appliance over ready to use. We can remove the old appliance on request.
